INTEGRAL ORGANIZATIONAL OPERATING SYSTEM
IOOS is a system developed by Integralis Consulting that addresses cultural and organizational transformation comprehensively. Based on the premise that only a small percentage of the population (6%) is necessary to initiate significant change, IOOS focuses on working with key change agents to drive change.
Change agents are selected and trained to lead and facilitate the transformation.
Each IOOS application can be contracted independently according to the specific needs of each client.
